Relato is proud to be a part of Bloomington, IN’s workforce housing initiative. Workforce housing is for middle income workers who seek a quality apartment at an affordable price. Bloomington, IN’s workforce housing rental program is for individuals/families with household incomes between 80% and 120% of Adjusted AMI (Area Median Income).
